The Souderton Area High School Jazz Ensemble is continually striving to uphold and surpass its own standard of excellence.  The 19-member band practices two to three times a week for 85 minutes in addition to sectionals and solo clinics.  The band prides itself on its varied selection of music ranging from swing standards to contemporary rock.  This ensemble maintains a busy schedule participating in Cavalcade Jazz Festivals,  numerous community performances, an elementary school tour, and the Univest Jazz Festival.
