Food donations (SignUp)
- Non-perishables: Please begin sending in non-perishables on Saturday, 4/28. There will be a designated spot in the Band Room.
- Perishables—Encore: Drop off on Wednesday before departure.
- Perishables—Forte: Bring in Thursday morning.
- Thursday, March 29th: $100 non-refundable deposit is due
- Monday, April 9th, 6:30pm: Trip Information Meeting
- Monday, April 23rd: Final payment is due.

Final payments are due to the Red Box on Monday, 4/23.
Your payment includes:
- Hotel. Encore will stay 4 nights, Forte will stay 3 nights.
- Admission to Morey’s Pier.
- Access to all competitions.
- Most meals.
Make checks payable to BRBB, write “Wildwood” in the memo line, attach the payment slips, and put in the Red Box.
