DisneyWorld, Orlando (11/18/17 – 11/22/17)
Just before Thanksgiving week, the marching band will travel to DisneyWorld in Orlando, Florida. Over the course of five days, the band plans to visit four theme parks, march in the “Disney Festival of Fantasy”, see fireworks and medieval jousting, and much more.
Parent Trip Meeting, Monday, 11/6/17
All parents whose students are going on the Disney trip need to attend this meeting at 6:30pm in the LGI on Monday, 11/6. The regular monthly BRBB Parent/General Assembly Meeting will follow immediately after.

Trip details
Dates: Saturday, November 18th, through Wednesday, November 22nd (the Saturday to Wednesday before Thanksgiving).
Cost: $975 + airfare (estimate: $400).
- Two meals/day are included in the cost.
- You can anticipate daily expenses (lunch, snacks, souvenirs, and so on) of approximately $35.
Performance: The band will march in the “Disney Festival of Fantasy” at 1:30pm on Sunday.
Tagalong packages packages are available.
Registration: Register online and make payments at the Peak Performance Tours website. Registrations and first payments are due by Friday, February 17th. The second payment of $400 is due May 18th. Visit the Trip registration and payment page for details.

Truck driver: Two people will drive a truck to Orlando and back. Drivers will have a different schedule than band members.
